ZQedge, Inc. (hereinafter ZQedge) was incorporated on July 18, 2001. The firm is a privately held company headquartered and chartered under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The company is located in the Great Falls area of Northern Virginia, which is directly adjacent to the National Capital Region. ZQedge is a small business that is fully qualified to conduct business with the U.S. Government through our GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program.
We have supported a variety of public (and private) sector clients by providing terrestrial and satellite telecommunications professional services that range from network planning, architecting, design, and engineering to network implementation, transition, operations, administration, and maintenance (OA&M).
We also provide other information technology services including strategic business development, business capture, and winning proposal support. The company has been providing such services to numerous clients on a worldwide basis since its inception. Recent ZQedge clients have included systems integrators, multi-national corporations, and defense contractors for whom we have successfully delivered on sizeable and complex projects.

The Company's Leadership Profile
Dr. Abdul, Rana is the founder of ZQedge. He has over 30 years of senior executive
leadership experience across a wide range of technologies that serve the U.S.
government and commercial sectors. Prior to starting ZQedge, Dr. Rana held
leadership positions in the satellite and telecommunications industries where he
served as Vice President for Strategic Operations at Caprock Government
Services (now Harris). He was also the CTO and Senior Vice President of
Strategic Development. Dr. Rana holds a
Ph.D.
in
Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
